The 6th angel, Galaliel, has been defeated. With the first and fourth children piloting their Evas, stationed on aircraft carriers in the ocean off of Japan, and the third child protecting the base, the 6th angel, in the form of a tumor-covered whale, has been defeated through Amane protecting the fourth child, and the fourth child, Ivan coring the Angel through the use of a heavy railgun.
Angel body recovered intact with a mostly intact core, for future studies by NERV Research Department.
